Villa Jasmina

Beautiful Villa Jasmina is situated just a minute from the magical beaches in Stanici, near town Omiš. Newly renovated, 4 double bed rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, each room with air conditioner can easily accommodate up to 8 persons. The villa is constructed as 2 independent apartments ( each with own bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, day rooms). Entire property is protected with high green fences what will provide complete privacy, and just about 100 m on uncrowded way you can reach the sea ( with small size beaches) where is seaside path for morning activities or nice sunset walk. Heated pool with massage is situated in front of the villa surrounded with beautiful decking and highest quality sun chairs. Outside dinning area with big barbecue is situated by the pool and green areas around the villa will ensure privacy and your personal paradise. There is grass garden where kids can enjoy as playground. We also provide one home bike and the stepper for exercise. There is private parking space 25 m from the villa, for 2 cars, that you do not need to worry about where to park the cars. First market for the groceries is about 250 m from the villa where you can buy most of the groccerises. Before you arrive we made deep cleaning of all areas , where we use professional cleaning solutions to assure that all germs and bacterias are gone forever :). In the house there is also vacuum cleaners and other cleaning accessories what you can use if you wish. We are using professional company who check every week the swimming pool where they control quality and purity of the water. There is log book where mentioned information are stored. We are also providing hand sanitizers, soaps, and other cleaning solutions that you can feel safe in the house.

Neighbourhood

Stanići, beautiful village which has only recently become a modern tourist destination with its famous gravel beach, Tice, and on the other side mountain Dinara gives a unique experience to each guest or passer. . For those looking for adventure, Omiš, with its ideal location at the mouth of the river Cetina, provides endless possibilities, ranging from the famous Cetina rafting, through free climbing on the sheer cliffs of Dinara, to windsurfing. The rich cultural and historical heritage of Omiš, gastronomy and beautiful beaches make Omiš perfect haven for those seeking rest from the fast life. Cetina River and its canyon along the beautiful mountains of Dinara and Mosor lives in perfect harmony with the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. 

The house is located about 4 km from Omis, 25 km from Split and about 30 km from Makarska. There is very nice gravel beach just about 100 m from the house. Location of the house permit to visit all cities around in just few hours by car distance.

Omis - 4 km- by bus, time table can be reached very easy. Omis has very old history with a lot of old churches and museums. There are also very nice sandy beaches around. Omis is also very famous for cappella singing in Dalmatia.

If you wish to visit Makarska - 30 km - can be also accessed via bus, ( almost every 30 minutes), and there is bus Station in Stanici . In Makarska there is very good night life with a lot of discos and caffe bars.

Dubrovnik is one of Croatian most famous city and it is about 200 km and can be also reach by car or by bus. Also some of buses for Dubrovnik will stop in Stanici too.

Krka waterfalls - only 110 km - you need only about 1,5 hours by car. Split- 25 km- can be reached by bus or by car. It will take you about 45 minutes. Imotski- 55 km- In Imotski there are very natural phenomena 2 lakes, red and blue. It is worth to pay a visit.

There is a lot of other places to discovers and can be quite easy to access if you are lodged in our house. 

Transport

HOW TO REACH US.: "Stanići " is a small village 5 km from Omš in the direction of Makarska.

BY CAR: From continental part of Croatia or Germany, Hungary, Slovenia, etc. and if you come on high way Zagreb - Dubrovnik you have these options: Take exit for SPLIT / Dugo Polje (see you on Google Maps to get to Split from your destination), but do not enter in the city of Split , drive toward direction of Dubrovnik. When you're in Omis, drive another 5 km to the Stanići-Tice. When you're in Stanici here is attached map how to reach us (or you can call us and we will gladly pick you up).
 

Another option is to take the exit for Kamensko, and then by road to Split-Makarska. When you are on the main road at the intersection of Split - Makarska drive toward Split and after 25 km you have arrived at the Stanići 
 

BY PLANE: The closest airport is in Split (Trogir), take a bus or taxi to the bus station and then, almost every bus in the direction Makarska, Dubrovnik, Imotski will bring you at the bus station in STANIĆI (at the Hotel Germania).

BY TRAIN: The railway station is in Split and it is only 50 m from the bus terminal Split, giving you the chance to come by bus to STANIĆI.

By BOAT: JADROLINIJA port is just 50 m away from the bus station Split.
