Apartment "Fortica 1" is in the family house: "APARTMENTS NEDO" in the village "Stanici" near Omis. The apartment is named after the well-known fortress "Fortica". More about the rich history of Omis can be found on our website. The apartment for 2 persons, is modern equipped and has everything you need for a well deserved vacation. The apartment is located on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking the island "Brac" and during the summer nights you can see the lights of the village Makarska. The house is only 150 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the main beach.
Note: Since the house is on the upper side of the coastal road to the beach, you can easily cross it or reach the beach through an underpass. Unfortunately, the beaches in Stanici are not accessible by car. The access to the small beach of 150 m distance, is very steep and with steps to reach. The access to the beautiful larger beach of 350 m distance is accessible via steps, but not so steep. But only 4-5 minutes drive, you can also drive to the beautiful beach of Omis and park almost directly on the beach!

The house is located about 4 km from Omis, 25 km from Split and about 30 km from Makarska. Stanici is small village usually preferred to be place for holiday for families. There is very nice gravel beach just about 450 m from the house. Location of the house permit to visit all cities around in just few hours by car distance.
Omis - 4 km- by bus, time table can be reached very easy. Omis has very old history with a lot of old churches and museums. There are also very nice sandy beaches around. Omis is also very famous for cappella singing in Dalmatia.
If you wish to visit Makarska - 30 km - can be also accessed via bus, ( almost every 30 minutes), and there is bus Station in Stanici . In Makarska there is very good night life with a lot of discos and caffe bars.
Dubrovnik is one of Croatian most famous city and it is about 200 km and can be also reach by car or by bus. Also some of buses for Dubrovnik will stop in Stanici too.
Krka waterfalls - only 110 km - you need only about 1,5 hours by car.
Split- 25 km- can be reached by bus or by car. It will take you about 45 minutes.
Imotski- 55 km- In Imotski there are very natural phenomena 2 lakes, red and blue. It is worth to pay a visit.
There is a lot of other places to discovers and can be quite easy to access if you are lodged in one of our apartments.
